Information and Communications Infrastructure Protection Act

Article 2 explicitly states that the Act applies to the energy sector. Critical information and communications infrastructures are required to establish protection measures based on vulnerability analysis and submit these to the relevant central administrative agency. The heads of these agencies must establish protection plans, and management organizations must notify authorities of intrusion incidents and implement restoration measures.
