Law № 418-V. on the field of informatisation

The law defines parts of the energy sector like heat, electricity, and gas supply as critically important objects of information and communication infrastructure. Owners of these critical objects are obligated to establish their own operational information security center or utilize third-party services, ensure their information security event logging systems connect to the national monitoring system (if also an "electronic government" object), transfer backup data to a national platform, and comply with unified information security requirements.
