Directive NIS 2 on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union

The directive 2022/2555 on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union requires EU Member States to ensure that entities operating in critical infrastructure sectors — including the energy sector — implement cybersecurity risk management measures and report incidents to CSIRTs (Computer Security Incident Response Teams).
