Law No. 7/17 on the Protection of Computer Networks and Systems

The Article 7 (Infra-Estruturas Críticas) states that operators and service providers of critical cyberspace infrastructures, including electrical energy services, must apply a set of measures and techniques that provide security and protection of essential assets.
