PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme

The Ministry of Heavy Industry has launched scheme titled PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) allocating USD 1.3 billion scheme to provide purchase incentives for e-2W, e-3W, e-ambulances, e-trucks and other new emerging EV categories. 
Of the total allocated budget, a part has been kept for installation of Electric Vehicle Public Charging Stations (EVPCS).
