State Fund of Housing Development (ŠFRB) - support of residential buildings renovation

The State Fund for Housing Development was established by the Act. 124/1996. The State Fund of Housing Development (ŠFRB) provides funding (loans) to associations of buildings owners for purposes specified by the law, mainly to buildings renovation (family houses, multi-apartment buildings). The Fund incentivizes the deep renovation via partial loan-remission.
The currently valid and effective law is Act No. 150/2013 Coll.
