EUR 640 million were earmarked to support (1) 315 MW of renewable and low-carbon capacity; (2) HRS; (3) FCEV. Maximum subsidy of EUR 2000/kW for production and EUR 320 million per project, for a minimum capacity of 20 MW. Projects with more than 70 MW shall be favoured during the project evaluation.
