Professional retraining program for the labor insertion of unemployed individuals from areas affected by the energy transition

The Institute for Just Transition runs a professional retraining program under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan to support unemployed individuals from areas affected by the energy transition. It offers technical training in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green infrastructure, combined with employability skills and job placement support. The first phase runs from September 2023 to August 2025.
