Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund

The Environmental Protection Fund has earmarked €128 million in co-financing programs for 2025, targeting local governments, companies, and citizens to support the green transition. Key initiatives include €53 million for initial investments, €21 million for alternative vehicle purchases, €32 million for charging stations, €10 million for residential photovoltaic power plants, and €25 million for renewable energy projects in the public sector. Additionally, €25 million is allocated for energy poverty alleviation, and €14 million for waste management improvements.
