LAW NO. 4685 Government Gazette A 92/7.5.2020 on the modernization of environmental legislation

This law is a transposition of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, where the European Union commits to achieve Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (nZEBs).

The Greek law promotes long-term renovation strategies, the use of smart technologies in order to achieve the objective.
