Energy Benefit – Humanitarian

A person eligible for the Energy Benefit on humanitarian grounds can receive financial assistance to cover 80% of their electricity consumption before the eco contribution reduction. Additionally, if the claimant or their spouse holds the account, they are entitled to a subsidy for the rental of an electricity meter (up to €65 per year for a single-phase meter or €195 for a three-phase meter) and a subsidy of up to €59 per year for the rental of a water meter.
