Budget 2025 - Financing incentives for renewables including batteries

In its 2025 Budget, the government allocated €40 million for large-scale battery storage systems, €10 million for incentives to support residential installations of renewable energy systems, including battery storage, and €20 million dedicated to offshore wind and solar projects, complemented by battery storage systems.
€82 million were also earmarked to strengthen 82 kilometres of cables across 19 localities.
