Act amending Act No. 201/2012 Coll., on Air Protection

The law transposes the EU Directive on Renewable Energy (RED III) and introduces an obligation for selected fuel suppliers to ensure a minimum share of advanced biofuels, renewable fuels of non-biological origin, per calendar year from 2026 upwards to the level of 5.5% by 2030.
