LAW No. 372: Energy performance of buildings

New buildings must meet these minimum standards and, for permits issued after December 2020, must be nearly zero-energy buildings (nZEB) with a significant portion of energy from renewable sources. Existing buildings undergoing major renovation must improve their energy performance to meet these requirements where technically and economically feasible.
