Distributors of gaseous and liquid fuels for transport must place biogoriva (biomass) or other renewable energy sources for transport on the market. The specific percentage of this mandate is determined annually in the action plan for renewable resources. Only biogoriva that meet sustainability criteria are considered, and certain biogoriva derived from waste, residues, and non-food cellulose count as double towards fulfilling the obligation
