Ministerial Decree of 16 March 2023 n. 107: Obligation to use biofuels in transportation

The Ministerial Decree updated the provision concerning mandatory quota for the supply of biofuels and advanced biofuels. The Decree provided for significant changes to the structure of the mechanism and introduced new sub-targets for the blending of gasoline and for the consumption of biofuels not blended with other fossil fuels.
