Strategic Expansion Programme (STEP)

The expansion of the Swiss railway infrastructure is being carried out with various major expansion programmes such as the ZEB programme and the 2025 and 2035 expansion stages.
The STEP is divided into:

• STEP 2025: investment of CHF 5.5 billion. 
• STEP 2035: investment around CHF 16 billion.
