Law 1089 on special operation contracts for the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbon deposits

Law 1089 establishes rules for oil operation contracts and permitting rights. This was revised in 1986 and last in 2010 to include special operating contracts for a contractor for the exploration, exploitation or processing of hydrocarbon deposits.
