Act 29 November 1996 No. 72 relating to petroleum activities

The Act sets the framework to grant production licences for hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation in Norway. Section 4-4 states that, if required, the Council may for an individual petroleum deposit or several petroleum deposits stipulate other production schedules than those stipulated or approved.
