Crown Minerals Act 1991

The article 45(1) states that authorised Minister may direct the refinement, processing or production of petroleum or petroleum products. Article 37 gives the right to the Minister to change work programme, if the change is necessary to maximise the economic recovery of the petroleum in accordance with good industry practice.
