Law No. 99-93 of August 17, 1999, promulgating the Hydrocarbons Code

The Hydrocarbons code sets the regulatory framework for oil and gas exploitation in Tunisia. Only association permits with the state-owned company can be contracted for the prospection, research and exploitation of hydrocarbons.
