Regulations on consideration of requests for receipt of mineral right for exploration and production of minerals or for geological studying of subsoil

Right to use by subsoil plots is granted to legal entities in which the share of the Russian Federation in the authorized capital constitutes more than 50% or of which the Russian Federation has the right directly or indirectly to dispose of more than 50% of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares constituting the authorized capital.
