Decision No. 266/QD-TTg approving Global Coal-to-Clean Power Transition Statement

The plan establishes targets and objectives to phase out coal for power generation split in three phases (2025- 2030; 2031 - 2040; 2041 - 2050), with the objective to decommissioning and using carbon capture for current installations.
