Electric vehicle early adoption incentive

Owners who register fully electric cars and taxis shall receive a rebate of 45% off the Additional Registration Fee (ARF), at a revised cap of S$15,000. Vehicular Emissions Scheme (VES) rebates shall remain at S$25,000 for Band A1 cars but can be lowered to S$5,000 for Band A2 cars.

The programme has been extended to 31 December 2026.
