Decree No. 26/2024 - Regulation on the Control of Hydrochlorofluorocarbons, hydrofluocarbons and their equipments

This Decree regulates activities of production, export, import, transit, trade and transportation of equipment and chemical substances in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector that directly or indirectly influence public health and the environment.
