Law no. 2019-576 Construction and building code

The construction and building code states that all constructions must comply with environmental rules and standards of town planning, architecture, construction, sanitation and drainage accepted in this country. Art 284 states that new buildings must meet minimum energy performance requirements adapted to local climate conditions.
