Decree 1285/2015: Sustainable Urbanisation and Construction

In relation to measures to save water and energy in buildings, the parameters adopted must contain at least the following aspects:

1. Mandatory percentages of water and energy savings according to climate and type of buildings.

2. System of gradual application for the territory of conformity number of inhabitants of the municipalities.

3. Procedure for the certification of the application of the measures.

4. Procedure and tools for monitoring and controlling the implementation of the measures

5. Promotion of incentives at the local level for sustainable construction.
