Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Fund

The Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Fund provides preferential loans to local governments, industrial facilities and SMEs for projects aiming at a energy intensity reduction of at least 15%, achieving class C or above energy efficiency level, or replacing the share use of fossil fuels by at least 20%.
