Decree on Energy Vulnerable Customer

In 2022, the Cabinet updated the Decree on Energy Vulnerable Customer and earmarked EUR 34.1 million in total for the purpose. In 2023, pensioners who have a contract for the supply of electricity in their name, and whose pension does not exceed 21,766.26 dinars, will be entitled to an additional reduction of bills in the amount of 1,000 dinars during the heating season
