Framework agreement to bring electricity and internet to more rural territories
The executive presidents of the Costa Rican Institute of Electricity (ICE) and the Institute of Rural Development (Inder) signed a framework agreement that will allow the development of new electrification and connectivity projects in rural territories that currently do not have these essential services with a joint investment of CRC 1,270 million. In total, between 2022 and 2023, both institutions developed a total of 8 electrification projects with an investment of CRC 1,270 million.
