Azerbaijan and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development MoU

In December 2022, Azerbaijan signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to support the development of a low-carbon and climate-resilient power sector, including methane emissions reduction.
