Petroleum Administration Act - Strategic Petroleum Reserve

The law sets the framework for strategic stocks of oil and petroleum products of not less than 60 days of average domestic petroleum sales and usage. Regarding article 24, Government Petrolum Fund is required to maintain an stock of 30-day demand for usage and the refining and importing industries 60 days.
