Transmission Code - Regulation on emergency fuel inventory

The regulation requires all generation companies to maintain fuel reserves to cover at least 60 days of generation companies' normal operations. This requirement was reduced from 90 to 60 days of emergency fuel supplies in 2013 to reduce business cost.
