International Energy Agreement Act 1976

This Act aims at enabling emergency measures to deal with a reduction of petroleum supplies, including stockholding oil and other petroleum products. This Act was last amended in 2021. Stockpilling is under Minister direction and obligations might be delegated on a person who produces, acquires, distributes, supplies, or uses petroleum or engine fuel.
