Administrative Measures for the Transformation, Upgrading and Decommissioning of Wind Farms

The proposed regulations would require companies to recycle waste materials from the renovation, upgrading and decommissioning of wind farms, such as wind turbine blades, generators, main bearings, gearboxes, towers, substation electrical equipment and on-site cables. They also envisage the formulation of standards and specifications for the utilization, disposal and recycling of such waste materials.
