Export support on climate change mitigation projects

Through Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2738, the European Union updated the guidelines related to export credits. The new guidelines extend the scope of eligible projects to include low-carbon and climate change mitigation-related sectors, amongst them renewable energy, electricity production from clean hydrogen, bioenergy, as well as hybrid power plants.
