Amendment 18 to the Energy Efficiency Regulations

The most recent update to the Energy Efficiency Regulations was in 2025, with the adoption of Amendment 18.  Amendment 18 included strengthened requirements for air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, water heaters, lamps, air compressors, thermostats, faucets, shower heads, and pool pumps.
