National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 - Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation

The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 includes renewable transport blending fuel obligation and is amended regularly to reflect EU directives. 
The act was revised in 2024 to set a biofuel blending mandate of 21%, and 1% for advanced biofuel.
The act was further revised in 2026. where the new obligation reaches 32%, including a specific sub-target of 5% for advanced biofuels and renewable fuels of non-biological origin (RFNBOs).
