Resolution 40447 of 2022 on which establishes the maximum content of a mixture of fuel alcohol

The resolution establishes an ethanol blend mandate that will remain at E4 from July to November 2023, then increases to E6 in December, E8 in January 2023, and finally E10 in February 2024. 
Biofuels are exempt from global tax, VAT, carbon tax and some local surcharge rates.
