Hungarian State Aid for Domestic Clean Technology Producers

The European Commission approved a Hungarian state aid scheme of €2.36 billion to support investments for the production of net-zero transition equipment in the field of in the production of batteries, solar panels, wind turbines, heat pumps, electrolysers, carbon capture usage and storage, and critical mineral production. The aid will be in the form of direct grants and tax advantages, effective till end 2025.
