Cooling Action Plan - HFCs regulations

The plan aims at providing strategies and norms to improve energy efficiency and mitigate emissions for cooling use. 

It notably translate the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, scheduling a phase down of HFCs emissions from 2024 up to 80% by 2045.
