Rural electrification and marginal urban electrification

Ecuador's Rural Electrification and Marginal Urban Electrification Project is part of the Ministry of Energy and Mining. The project aims to improve the living conditions of the rural population of the country, where the majority of households are inhabited by families with limited economic resources and limited access to electricity services, seeking to reduce social exclusion in regions of the country with the lowest electricity coverage rates.
