Transmission Expansion Plan (2021-2031)

Costa Rica's Transmission Expansion Plan is updated by Costa Rica's state owned company Electricity Institute (ICE) every five years, with the latest being the Transmission Expansion Plan 2021-2031. ICE is in charge of planning, operating, maintaining and expanding the transmission network (transmission lines and substations) in the country.
