The New Growth Acceleration Program (PAC) is Brazil's investment policy plan which provides public and private financial support to large scales projects on energy. Among the projects expected to be financed within the energy efficiency sector are the Programa Nacional de Iluminação Pública Eficiente (ReLuz).
