If building a fuel cell hydrogenation station within this city in accordance with relevant regulations, complete completion acceptance and obtain a gas operation license and a gas supply site license, Shanghai will provide support based on no more than 30% of the total approved investment in equipment purchase and installation. For hydrogenation stations that have obtained a gas business license and a gas supply site license, if the retail price of hydrogen does not exceed 35 CNY/kg, support is provided based on actual annual hydrogen sales.
