Second NDC of Cote D'ivoire

Côte d'Ivoire aims to reduce its GHG emissions by 10.5% relative to an updated business-as-usual trajectory by 2030, and up to 30.4% by the same date, conditional on the provision of international support.
The country also aims to reduce fugitive methane emissions from oil and gas by 50% by 2030.
