BNDES financing to new wind farms 2023

The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) of Brazil approved a total of BRL 907 million in financing for Casa dos Ventos to implement four wind farms in Rio Grande do Norte. With a total installed capacity of 202.5 MW, the projects will form the Umari Wind Complex that will supply around 500,000 homes in the area.
