2022 Extension of energy affordability measures : additional GST Voucher – U-Save & Household Utilities Credit

The permanent GST Voucher scheme was introduced by the Government in Budget 2012 to help lower- and middle-income Singaporean households with their expenses including utilities bills. The quantum was increased in 2023 through additioanl U-save rebates under the Assurance Package to help households better cope with the increase in expenses due to inflation and GST increase.
