CAD 750 million Payments for Transit

Funding of up to CAD 750 million for provinces and territories to support rejuvenation of municipal public transit systems experiencing decreased ridership following the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to qualify for this payment, provinces and territories are obligated to match the contribution and to intensify campaigns to improve affordable housing.
