Inflation Reduction Act 2022: Sec. 13204 Clean Hydrogen

The U.S. Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 creates a tax credit for the production of clean hydrogen at facilities for which construction commences before 2033.

As of July 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act amended the tax credit by modifying the applicable deadline to 2028.
